Each of our wagons can accommodate up to 60 people. When you book tours for groups of more than 60 people (students,chaperones, parents, siblings, teachers etc) you will need to reserve multiple wagons. Please reserve the number of wagons you need right away at the beginning of the reservation process. You receive one teacher free for every 20 students and the charge will be deducted at the end of your booking so be sure to book accordingly. Chaperones/parents are charged the same as the children as this is their field trip together.
Home school groups are treated like a regular school classroom - one teacher/organizer free for every 20 students. Parents are charged at the regular rate.
Our tours are approximately 90 minutes in length. The wagons are set up for your first 30 minutes. You need to have your group here, checked in and ready to go at the time of your wagon. We strive to depart on time!
